We decided to take advantage of having a car to take in most of the sights here in the area. First, we drove up to the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center near Washburn, then to a replica of Fort Mandan they had lived in over the winter of 1804-5. The it was back to Bismarck to walk through the North Dakota Heritage Center. Actually a bit tired from all the walking.

Six feet of prehistoric buffalo horns

Discussed it with the gang, and I'm going to try and keep up with them. We have some long days ahead because campgrounds are getting fewer and far between. In addition, the profiles have a lot more climbing. If that wasn't enough, looks like we'll have headwinds tomorrow. Yippee!!!
